Healthcare roles in Nigeria — nurses, clinic front-desk officers, pharmacy staff and managers — combine professional standards with patient-facing warmth. For clinical positions, employers verify registration with the relevant bodies, such as the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria, and expect current practising licences and certificates; for front-desk, reception and administrative roles, they accept OND, HND or degrees and look for organised, empathetic people who can manage appointments, patient records and inquiries professionally. Integrity, confidentiality and calm handling of patients are non-negotiable in this sector. When you apply, have your credentials ready in order — certificates, licences, registrations — and be prepared to present originals if shortlisted. For front-desk roles, emphasise customer service experience and your ability to stay organised in a busy clinical environment; for clinical roles, be ready to discuss your training, your registration status and your practical experience in detail.

No. A genuine employer never asks candidates to pay for training, forms, uniforms, or "logistics" before or during hiring. If anyone asks you for money to secure this role, it's a scam — report it using the "Report this job" button above.
This listing states: NGN 280,000. Whether it's negotiable depends on the employer — it's reasonable to discuss compensation once you've reached an interview stage, but avoid making it the first thing you ask about.
