About the role
This is a radio On-Air Personality (OAP) internship at Femywalsh Limited, open to students and recent graduates. As an OAP intern you will host and deliver engaging radio programmes that inform, entertain and connect with listeners — researching programme content, conducting interviews, interacting with audiences, managing discussions and ensuring all broadcasts reflect the station's editorial guidelines, values and brand identity.
In a typical day you will prepare for your show — researching topics, scripting segments, coordinating with producers and guests — then present on air. After the show you may work on digital content, respond to listeners and plan upcoming programmes. It is a fast-paced, creative environment that rewards voice quality, research and spontaneity, and it is an excellent practical training ground for a broadcasting career.
Candidates should be currently pursuing or recently completed an OND, HND, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. Students of Mass Communication, Broadcasting, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Film Production, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Digital Media and related fields are encouraged to apply. Basic computer literacy, punctuality, discipline, creativity, teamwork and professionalism are required. The published salary is N50,000 to N70,000 per month.

Requirements
