Not stated
This is a Junior Marketer role in the marketing and business development department of Femywalsh Limited, a Lagos media company. You will support the marketing and sales of the company's radio and television programmes, media advertising opportunities, event coverage services, broadcast media academy, professional training programmes, award events, hotel and hospitality partnerships, sponsorship opportunities and other media products.
The role involves prospecting for clients, making sales presentations, developing business relationships, following up on leads, securing partnerships and supporting revenue generation across the company's business lines. In a typical week you will research potential advertisers and sponsors, prepare and present media proposals, follow up on leads by phone and email, attend meetings with clients, support marketing campaigns, and report your pipeline to the Executive Director (Sales) or Head of Marketing. It is a target-driven role that rewards confidence, persistence and strong communication.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence in approaching prospective clients, a strong interest in the media and entertainment industry, and the determination to meet and exceed sales targets. Experience is not heavily weighted — this is positioned as a junior role, so attitude, hustle and communication matter most.
