About the role

This is a Production Supervisor role at a dehydrated food production company in Lagos. As a supervisor you will oversee production activities, workers, production targets, processes and compliance with operational procedures — the person on the floor who makes sure the production line runs smoothly, safely and on target.

In a typical day you will assign work to production staff, monitor output against targets, check that processes follow standard operating procedures, ensure quality and hygiene standards are met (critical in food production), troubleshoot issues on the line, enforce safety rules, keep production records, and report to management. It is a hands-on supervisory role — you are on the factory floor, not behind a desk.
