🏢 Global Rainbowbird Partners (recruiter) — client in dehydrated food production · 📍 Lagos
Not stated
This is a Grinder/Blending Operator role at a dehydrated food production company in Lagos. The person in this role handles the grinding, blending, weighing and preparation of dehydrated products according to prescribed formulations — turning dried raw materials into the consistent, correctly proportioned product mixes the company sells.
In a typical day you will set up and operate grinding and blending machines, weigh ingredients and products accurately, follow recipes and formulation specifications, monitor the quality and consistency of output, clean and maintain the equipment, keep production records, and follow safety and hygiene procedures. Accuracy matters: a wrong weight or blend can ruin a whole batch and waste expensive raw materials.
Candidates need an OND qualification with 3–5 years of experience, and the employer requires 'relevant and provable practical experience' — expect to demonstrate your competence during the selection process. The ideal candidate is experienced, honest, hardworking, safety and quality conscious, a team player, results-oriented and available for immediate resumption. Accommodation is not provided. The closing date is 30 September 2026.
Who this job is for: machine operators, production staff and technicians with grinding, blending, weighing or food processing experience. Before applying, be ready to demonstrate your machine handling and weighing accuracy, and confirm you can work in a food factory and resume immediately.
