About the role

This is a fully remote B2B lead generation role with Raphael Group, supporting a client's customer acquisition efforts in the United States. The published salary is N300,000 to N400,000 monthly for 40 hours per week, working during US business hours. This is a serious, structured remote job for someone self-motivated and comfortable with outbound sales research.

In a typical day you will research and identify potential B2B customers within the US market, build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on the client's ideal customer profile, identify companies, decision-makers and key contacts, conduct online research to understand prospects before outreach, send professional personalised email outreach, adapt messaging by prospect, industry and business need, follow up consistently with prospects who have not responded, maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and CRM systems, and hit activity and conversion targets. The role is 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, aligned to US business hours — which for Nigeria typically means evening/night work.

The employer is looking for someone proactive, research-oriented, persistent, detail-oriented, target-driven, professional and self-motivated.
